Returns

My stock instruments (purchased from the "Guitars For Sale" page), may be returned if found unsuitable, after a trial period of 2 days. The full purchase price will be refunded upon safe return of the guitar. If not in original condition, the cost of restoration will be deducted. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the client.

Certain custom made instruments can be returned if proven to be unsuitable to the owner for the purchase price, less the $500 deposit. The same 2 day trial period applies to custom guitars as to my stock guitars. Some custom made guitars are returnable, others are not. This is going to depend on the degree to which I feel as though it can be re-sold within a reasonable amount of time. For example, a custom made guitar with a 54mm wide nut is not something that I can easily re-sell, as very few players would be interested in a nut width this wide.

If after being returned, the guitar is not in original condition, the cost of restoration will be deducted. For standard concert guitars I will reimburse upon the safe return of the guitar. For unusual, custom made guitars, not build to standard specifications, I will reimburse the funds immediately upon re-sale of the instrument.
